Requests via this website
The form first processes your details locally in your browser to prepare an email draft. It does not send the form data to a form server.
With “Open email” the draft is handed over to your configured email application. Only when you send the message there is it delivered to hallo@sumaq.site. Alternatively, you can download the request as a text file.
To be completed before the public launch
- Controller and full contact details.
- Hosting, server logs and actual retention periods.
- Email provider, handling of requests, legal bases and deletion periods.
- Statistics services used and, where applicable, cookies or other storage technologies.
- Recipients, processors and, where applicable, transfers to third countries.
- Data subject rights and information on the competent data protection authority.
These details will be set based on the services actually used. The login and platform features of the Sumaq workspace must also be taken into account.
